This membership is designed for individuals seeking support in their recovery, mental health journey, or emotional healing process.

Members receive full access to our community space, where you can connect with others on the Happie healing journey. Inside the community, you’ll find thoughtful daily posts that may include affirmations, reflection and journal prompts, healing soundscapes, lighthearted healing humor, and meaningful conversations with others who understand the process of healing and growth.

In addition to the community, members receive monthly resources designed to support recovery and emotional wellness. These may include self-paced courses, guided exercises, and downloadable PDF tools focused on topics such as emotional regulation, relapse prevention, healthy routines, self-awareness, and rebuilding life after difficult seasons.

This membership also includes one private 1-on-1 session each month focused on mental wellness and substance use recovery support. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space to talk through challenges, strengthen coping tools, set goals, and stay grounded in your recovery journey.

Whether you are early in recovery or continuing to strengthen your mental and emotional well-being, this membership offers consistent encouragement, supportive guidance, and a community that understands the path of healing.
